Number of Uses (Trial Mode): When you have a trial license for our app, the number of successful uses of an import (user-run or recurring) will be measured to see how many trial uses you have remaining before having to upgrade to a full license. After a full license is acquired, or the number of trial uses is exhausted, this will no longer be tracked.
Information We DO NOT Collect
  1. Your Query Data: We do not retain information, by instance or in aggregate, concerning your database connection settings, your queries, or the data imported, other than what is required for operation of the product.
  2. Usage Data: Besides the number of uses in Trial Mode mentioned above, we do not collect information about how you interact with our app, the features you use, the pages you visit, or the actions you take.
  3. Device Information: We do not collect any information about the device, operating system or browser you use to access our app.
How We Use Your Information
  1. To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve our app and services.
  2. To Communicate with You: We may use your contact information to send you updates, notifications, and other important information.
  3. To Track Trial Uses and License Status: We use your email to verify if you have a trial license or full license to use the product, and to track how many trial uses you have remaining if still on the trial license.
How We Share Your Information
  1. User Email: Your email will be used to verify your license status and number of trail uses remaining as mentioned above. A database under the control of The Clever Little Software Company is used for this verification, from which no data is shared with any other organization. User emails may optionally be used, at the request of the user, to send a notification email indicating success or failure of an import.
  2. Other Data: No Routine Sharing: We do not share your information with anyone, except in the circumstances below.
  3. For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal requests.
  4. With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your consent to do so.
Your Choices
  1. Opt-Out of Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Limited Use Requirements

Data Wizard MySQL's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Wizard MySQL will share the user's email address with an external database (under the control of The Clever Little Software Company) to verify the license status of the user, and if in trial mode, the number of trial uses the user has remaining. This verification will be performed when attempting to run an import whether this be user-run or recurring. None of the information in the user's sheets or SQL databases will be shared. User's emails will be kept confidential and will never be sent to other organizations or applications. User emails may optionally be used, at the request of the user, to send a notification email indicating success or failure of an import. If required, users may request deletion of their information as mentioned above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on our website. Your continued use of our app after the changes take effect means you agree to the revised policy.
